The Social and Environmental Decision-Making (SED) lab conducts interdisciplinary behavioral science research on social (societal) influence, human judgment, decision-making, and communication processes. We are particularly interested in the normative and motivational factors that underlie prosocial behavior, personality, and decision-making in a variety of applied societal and policy-relevant contexts (e.g., public health, science, politics, climate change, sustainability). The SED lab was established with generous support from the High Meadows Foundation to study and find innovative solutions to complex societal and environmental issues.

Notice: Please note that the Social and Environmental Decision-Making lab has moved to the University of Cambridge, where I have accepted a new faculty position in the Department of Psychology from August 2016 onwards.
